ピットフォール
・口数が少ない患者からうまく症状を聞き出せず適切な評価ができない
・併存疾患についての理解不足から早期介入のチャンスを逃してしまう
・経験に頼ってしまい，薬物療法についての効果判定，減量，中止の予定の説明がおろそかになってしまう
・疾患理解と症状への配慮が不十分で治療中断へと繋がってしまう
