・摂食障害を治療可能と見なさない
・患者が医学的に不安定な時期に体重回復に焦点づけない
・患者を入院させたのに低体重のままで退院させる
・患者が医学的に安定した後に体重回復に焦点づけない
・患者の体重が回復したのに精神病理を治療しない
・患者や家族と治療ゴールに合意できない
