抄録
　エビデンスに基づく介入（evidence-based intervention：EBI）が個々の介入研究で開発・検証され，個々の研究のエビデンスを統合して診療ガイドラインなどで推奨される健康関連サービスが提示されるようになった。しかしながら，受動的なアプローチだけではEBIが日常の診療やケアに取り入れられにくく，エビデンス・プラクティスギャップが課題となっている。明らかになったエビデンスを“どのように”すれば実装できるのか，すなわちち現場の日常診療やケアに取り入れられるのかという問いに答えるために，実装科学が新しい学問領域として体系化され，注目されている。本稿では，実装科学の手法に沿って，「どのようにすれば統合失調症患者にがん検診受診を届けられるか」という問いに対して進めてきた臨床研究を事例として紹介する。
