ケースマネジメントによる身体的健康の支援

　統合失調症患者は身体疾患による死亡率が一般人口と比べて高い。この身体的健康の格差を是正するために，身体疾患の予防とその後の適切な治療へのアクセスを改善することが世界的な課題となっている。そのための介入として，生活習慣に対する多職種アプローチや，身体医療と精神医療の統合を促進するコラボラティブモデルの有効性を報告する先行研究が多い。わが国の精神科臨床場面でも，このような多職種での協働的アプローチへの親和性は高いと考えられる。一方で，異なる医療保健システムにおいて開発された介入をそのまま適用できるかは不明であり，わが国の医療保健システムやステークホルダーの文脈に合った身体的健康の支援法の開発，エビデンスの確立が望まれる。本稿では，我々が取り組んでいる，かかりつけ精神科でのケースマネジメントによるがん検診勧奨法の開発研究をこの領域におけるわが国の研究の1例として紹介する。
