統合失調症の心理社会的支援

　今日広く知られている統合失調症の当事者に対する心理社会的支援は，欧米における精神科病院からの脱施設化時代に開発された支援モデルであることが多い。本稿は，現在推奨されている心理社会的支援を整理した上で，その展望をまとめることを目的とした。今後の心理社会的支援の研究には，社会参加や当事者の主観的視点に基づいたアウトカムや支援過程のプロセス調査あるいは質的研究を取り入れることが重要になると考えられる。また，研究段階から当事者・家族と協働しながら，介入の内容や評価方法を考えることで，より効果的な心理社会的支援が生まれると期待されている。加えて，実験的空間における効果検証だけでなく，現実世界における効果的な心理社会的支援の実装，特に普及に向けた研究がより必要になると予想される。
