A 発達障害のなかで，自殺関連行動（自殺念慮，自殺未遂，自殺既遂）が問題となるのは，自閉スペクトラム症と注意欠如・多動症です。最近の系統的レビューによると，自閉スペクトラム症の自殺関連行動の危険性は高いです。さらに，注意欠如・多動症と自殺関連行動には有意な関係があります。
