Q75 発達障害の感覚過敏について，どのような対応がありますか？

A 発達障害児では不安が起こる場面になると感覚過敏が出やすくなります。また情緒が不安定になると感覚過敏が出やすくなります。このように不安と感覚過敏は密な関係にあり，感覚過敏の減弱に不安の軽減は一定の効果があります。不安症状の評価も重要です。発達障害児の感覚過敏について十分な評価をした上で，行うべき支援として評価に基づいた環境調整，防御手段の利用が挙げられます。感覚過敏への抗精神病薬によるエビデンスは乏しい現状があります。
