Q93 発達障害へのサプリメントや食事療法（ω-3脂肪酸など）は有効ですか？

A 現時点で有効性が確立したサプリメントや食事療法は存在しません。自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）に対してグルテン/カゼイン除去食とビタミンDサプリメントの有効性が，注意欠如・多動症（ADHD）に対してω-3脂肪酸，ビタミンD，亜鉛サプリメントの有効性が一部の症状に対して報告されています。しかしながら研究の質・量ともに不十分で，上述したサプリメントや食事療法を推奨するのは時期尚早です。
