家族をベースとする治療がもたらした児童青年期摂食障害臨床のパラダイムシフト

抄録
　回避・制限性食物摂取症，神経性やせ症などの摂食障害は，児童期や青年期に発症して，しばしば慢性化する。慢性化した成人期摂食障害の臨床ではいわゆる「万能薬」は存在しないが，摂食障害の発症から間もない児童や青年では，家族を共同治療者とした精神療法の効果が高く，さまざまな治療モデルが家族を参加させるようになっている。青年期の回避・制限性食物摂取症，神経性やせ症の臨床を想定し，家族を共同治療者とした最近の治療モデルとして，家族をベースとする治療（FBT），思春期うつ病の対人関係療法（IPT-A），強化型認知行動療法（CBT-E），Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills（PEERS）などを紹介した。
