モーズレイ式神経性やせ症治療（MANTRA）の概説と日本での実装における課題

　モーズレイ神経性やせ症治療（MANTRA）は，成人の神経性やせ症（AN）を対象としたマニュアルベースの外来精神療法である。ANの特性や病態を踏まえて開発された「認知-対人関係モデル」に基づき，食事や体重の問題の背後にあるより本質的な問題，即ち完璧主義や柔軟性の乏しさ，自己批判性や対人過敏性，ANに親和的な価値観などを治療の主題として取り上げていく点に特色がある。MANTRAは治療への動機づけを目的とするモジュールから開始し，ANの発症背景と維持要因についてケースフォーミュレーションを行った後に，思考スタイルや感情/対人関係，アイデンティティに関する治療モジュールへと進み，全20〜40回のセッションで終結する。MANTRAの日本での実装においては，日本における安全性と効果の検証，多職種セラピストを養成する研修制度の構築，外来治療と入院治療をつなぐ医療連携システムの構築が課題である。
