The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Japanese version（MoCA-J）の統合失調症の認知機能障害スクリーニング尺度としての有用性の検証

　MoCA-Jの統合失調症の認知機能障害スクリーニング尺度としての有用性を検証した。対象は地域在住の統合失調症の者36名とした。MoCA-JのCronbachのα係数は0.57であった。MoCA-JがThe Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia日本語版（日本語版BACS）と有意に相関（r＝0.58，p＜0.01）していた。カットオフ値を24/25と設定した場合，軽度（AUC＝0.69），22/23と設定した場合，重度（AUC＝0.84）の認知機能障害の両方を検出できることが示された。MoCA-Jは統合失調症の認知機能障害スクリーニング尺度として有用であることが示された。
