軽度行動障害（mild behavioral impairment）の脳器質的背景

抄録
　軽度行動障害（mild behavioral impairment：MBI）は，認知症の初期症状と考えられており，認知症前駆段階を同定するのに有用かもしれない。MBIの診断基準は，50歳以降から始まる行動または性格の変化を認め，少なくとも6カ月以上継続し，対人関係などにおいて少なくとも最低限の障害を生じ，他の精神疾患や認知症を除外することとなっている。軽度認知障害（mild cognitive impairment：MCI）は認知機能障害が軽度であり，認知機能障害の軸で考えた場合，認知症の前駆段階と考えられているが，MBIは認知症の前駆段階を行動障害の軸で考えたものになる。MBIの画像研究では，アルツハイマー型認知症や前頭側頭型認知症などの認知症初期にみられる変化と関係しているという報告が多く，画像研究の結果もMBIが認知症の初期症状であることを支持している。
