転換症状が初発症状であったと考えられるレビー小体型認知症の1例

はじめに
　精神症状として幻視などの特徴的な症状ではなく，失立やけいれんなどの転換症状を初発症状としてレビー小体型認知症（dementia with Lewy bodies：DLB）を発症したと考えられる症例を経験したので報告する。なお，発表に際しては本人の同意を得ており，個人情報の保護には十分留意している。
