早期の統合失調症疑いの症例（精神症発症危険状態）における評価尺度・検査の活用手順

　統合失調症の前駆状態が疑われるような症例に対する早期介入・早期支援の取り組みの中から，精神症発症危険状態（at-risk mental state：ARMS）の概念が生まれた。本稿では，疑診にとどまらざるを得ない前駆状態の診断というより，精神症の発症リスクを評価し，支援しながら経過観察する際に有用な評価尺度や検査について解説する。
