はじめに
　成年後見制度は，精神上の障害（認知症，知的障害，精神障害など）で判断能力が低下した人の財産の保護や契約のサポートを行う制度である。制度の利用にあたっては，医師の診断書を添付する必要があり，診断書では不十分と家庭裁判所が判断した場合，鑑定が求められる。本稿では，診断書，および鑑定書の作成に役立つ神経心理学的検査や，検査時の行動観察のポイントについて解説する。
