アディクションの今日的理解—ICD-10からICD-11への変化を中心に

　最近，嗜癖分野は大きく変貌した。本稿では主にICD-10からICD-11への変化を中心に概説する。最大の変化は，ギャンブル行動症やゲーム行動症といった嗜癖行動症が新たに嗜癖に加わり，その概念が拡大したことである。物質使用症では，精神作用物質の有害な使用エピソードのような新しいカテゴリーが収載された。また，物質依存の診断項目が6項目から3項目に簡素化された。さらに，ICD-11では，他者への健康面での害やそのリスクも，本人の診断対象となった。一方で，2019年後半から始まったCOVID-19パンデミックは，人々の生活や経済活動などに多大な影響を与えた。嗜癖分野も例外ではなく，特に行動嗜癖への影響は顕著だった。本稿の最後にこの点についても言及する。
