要旨　リンパ節や肝臓にカルチノイド腫瘍は高率に転移する．リンパ節転移は通常の癌に比べ，均一によく造影される．大きさが1cm未満と小さい場合でも造影効果を認める場合には転移が疑われる．またMRI検査T2強調画像では，通常の癌の転移と異なり低信号を示すことがある．腸間膜に放射状線状影を伴う腫瘤を呈することもあり，その場合には周囲腸管の肥厚を伴う．肝転移は通常富血管性であるため，造影前CT検査やMRI検査に加え，造影剤投与後早期の動脈相が必須である．また乏血管性の転移の診断や鑑別診断のためには造影剤投与後時間の経過した遅延相が必要である．
