はじめに

　現在，フィブリン接着剤（fibrin glue ; 以下 FG）は組織癒着，縫合部の補強，創傷部ケア，関節腔の保護，消化管吻合不全の予防や実質臓器の止血，および気胸や気管支瘻等の難治性瘻孔の治療に使用されている．内視鏡的には出血性の食道胃静脈瘤，胃潰瘍の治療を目的に使用されている．今回，内視鏡的止血術としてのFG注入法について報告する．
