Crohn病に対する小腸内視鏡の有用性

要旨　Crohn病症例のうち同時期にダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡検査（DBE）と小腸X線造影検査を施行された4症例について画像比較を中心に比較検討した．また出血例1例と狭窄2例，さらに狭窄と出血の合併例についても検討した．その結果典型例，微細病変のいずれもDBEは小腸X線造影検査に比し有用あるいは同等であった．瘻孔，癒着症例ではDBE挿入は困難で危険を伴うと考えられた．また小腸狭窄例ではDBEを用いた内視鏡的バルーン拡張が有効であり，出血症例の出血源検索および内視鏡的治療にもDBEは有用であった．
