文献概要

要旨　collagenous colitisとは1976年にLindstro mによって報告された原因不明の腸疾患である．慢性の下痢を主徴とし，病理組織学的に大腸上皮下に膠原線維帯（collagen band）の形成を認めることで診断される．欧米では数百例の報告があるが本邦では38例の報告があるのみである．今回，われわれはステロイドによる治療で症状の著明な改善を認めたcollagenous colitisの1例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
