CT colonographyによる表面型大腸腫瘍の検討

要旨　側方発育型腫瘍（laterally spreading tumor ; LST）27病変のCTC（CT colonography）での描出能に関して検討した．従来より平坦型病変のCTCでの描出は困難であるとされているが，CTCでの描出を規定する因子として，腫瘍高2mm以上，腫瘍径20mm以上が有意であった．また，腺腫と比較して癌は有意に高率に描出された．臨床的には治療が必要な病変が描出される傾向にあり，CTCに関する機器・技術・知識の進歩により今後臨床においていっそう重要な役割を果たすようになると考える．
