文献概要

要旨　NBI拡大内視鏡観察を行い，生検またはEMRを行った胃ポリープ113例の表面構造とその背景粘膜をfoveola typeとgroove typeに分類し，その関連を検討した．ポリープと背景粘膜の表面構造の一致率は，胃底腺ポリープで94％（16/17例），過形成性ポリープで94％（34/36例）と高率に一致していた．胃ポリープのNBI拡大観察において，背景粘膜に萎縮がなく整った小型円形の腺開口部を認め，ポリープも同様の表面構造であった場合，94％が胃底腺ポリープであった．また，萎縮のある背景粘膜で，ポリープと背景粘膜の表面構造が同様のtypeで，かつポリープの表面に窩間部の開大を認めた場合，94％と高い確率で過形成性ポリープであった．
