文献概要

要旨　A型胃炎に伴う胃カルチノイド症例の長期予後を多施設で後ろ向きに調査した．治療方針は胃全摘術から経過観察まで種々の方法が行われていたが，各方法とも再発や転移あるいは原疾患による死亡はみられなかった．A型胃炎に伴う胃カルチノイドは多発する数mmの小さな腫瘤がよくみられるが，これらは1年ごとの経過観察で対応可能であり，10mm前後の病変は内視鏡治療が適切であると考えられた．
