要旨　非腫瘍性大腸ポリポーシスは腫瘍性病変に比して頻度は低いが，多彩な疾患が含まれる．遺伝性ポリポーシスと非遺伝性ポリポーシスに大別され，それぞれ特徴的な形態や分布をとるため，内視鏡所見が診断の決め手となることが多い．非腫瘍性大腸ポリポーシスは大腸以外の消化管や消化管外臓器に病変が生じたり，消化管ポリープが腸重積や腫瘍を合併したりする場合があるため，患者を検査・診療する前にあらかじめその疾患に精通しておく必要がある．
