消化管悪性リンパ腫の分子病態

悪性リンパ腫の約半数は節外に発生するが，消化管は最も頻度の高い原発部位である．消化管において頻度が高く，病理診断と関連が深い以下のリンパ腫における染色体・遺伝子転座について概説する．（1）MALTリンパ腫におけるAPI2-MALT1，（2）濾胞性リンパ腫におけるBCL2/IGH，（3）マントル細胞リンパ腫におけるCCND1/IGH，（4）Burkittリンパ腫におけるMYC/IGH．消化管T細胞性リンパ腫として，本邦では成人T細胞白血病/リンパ腫がしばしば認められる．特異的な遺伝子異常は知られていないが，HTLV-1 provirusの単クローン性の組み込みの証明が診断に重要である．
