文献概要

要旨●顕微鏡的多発血管炎（MPA）と多発血管炎性肉芽腫症（GPA）（以前のWegener肉芽種症）はANCA関連血管炎と呼ばれており，小型血管に炎症を来す全身性の疾患である．時に消化管病変を合併し，内視鏡所見では浮腫，縦走傾向のあるびらん，潰瘍などを認めることが多い．しかし生検で血管炎の所見を得る確率は低いため，全身的な検索が重要である．
