多彩な内視鏡像を呈した陥凹型早期胃癌の1例

患者
　60歳代，女性．
現病歴
　2013年胃前庭部の早期胃癌に対しESD（endoscopic submucosal dissection）を施行した．1年後のサーベイランス内視鏡検査にて胃体上部小彎に発赤陥凹面を認めた．
検査所見
　血算および生化学検査に異常なし．血清Helicobacter pylori（H. pylori）抗体は陰性であった（H. pylori除菌歴なし）．
