薬剤関連消化管病変の歴史的変遷

はじめに
　高齢化社会の進行と新規薬剤の臨床導入を背景に薬剤関連消化管病変に遭遇する機会が増加しつつある．本号は薬剤関連消化管病変の特集号として，薬剤に関連する消化管病変を広く取り上げ，画像所見に基づいた臨床診断と病態解析に関する最新情報を提供するものである．
　本稿では，臨床上，最も頻用される薬剤である非ステロイド性抗炎症薬（non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ; NSAIDs）と抗菌薬による消化管病変を中心に，薬剤関連消化管病変の歴史的変遷を概説する．
