文献概要

要旨●十二指腸の粘膜下腫瘍（SMT）は比較的まれであり，組織学的に多彩な疾患が含まれるという特徴がある．通常生検による質的診断が困難であるため，診断には超音波内視鏡（EUS）を含めた内視鏡診断が重要である．本稿では，十二指腸SMTの代表的な症例を提示し，内視鏡診断の特徴，鑑別診断の要点を概説する．
