腫瘍径8mmの早期胃内分泌細胞癌の1例

患者
80歳代，男性．
家族歴
特記事項なし．
既往歴
　高血圧，心筋梗塞，狭心症，心房細動，右下肢急性動脈閉塞症．
現病歴
　健診の上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）で胃前庭部に小さな陥凹性病変を指摘された．早期胃癌が疑われたが，抗凝固剤内服中のため生検されず，精査目的に当科を紹介され受診した．
現症
　身長170cm，体重76.3kg，特記すべき異常身体所見なし．
