文献概要

要旨●内視鏡所見および食道生検で好酸球性食道炎と診断され，食道X線造影像が評価可能な14例を対象とした．そのX線造影所見からlinear type，granular type，ringed type，所見が複合するmixed typeの4型に分類したところ，X線的に本症を疑う所見としてはringed typeまたはringed typeを含むmixed typeが有用な所見と考えられた．さらに，X線的に遡及的検討が可能であった5例について経時的変化を検討したところ，linear typeが先に出現し，その後ringed typeまたはmixed typeとなっていく症例がほとんどであり，ringed typeがlinear typeになる症例は1例もなかった．
