文献概要

要旨●WGAは，DL内部に存在すれば，低異型度腺腫や胃炎などの非癌から分化型癌を鑑別診断しうる特異度の高い胃の内視鏡所見である．さらに存在の判定が容易な所見でもあるため，内視鏡医の拡大内視鏡経験を問わず，WGAが存在することによる質的診断能への上乗せ効果が期待される．
