短期間に急速に発育した微小0-IIb型咽頭表在癌の1例

文献概要

要旨●患者は70歳代，男性．咽頭癌と食道癌の治療後サーベイランス中に，中咽頭後壁に5mm大の表面平坦型病変を認めた．半年後のEGDにて腫瘍の増大を認めたため，入院加療の方針となり，発見から11か月後にELPSにて切除を施行した．ELPS時の内視鏡観察では腫瘍は15mm大まで増大し，中心部に深い陥凹を認めたため，筋層への浸潤の可能性も考慮し筋層の一部も含めて，ELPSにて一括切除した．病理組織学的所見は，腫瘍は上皮下層深層まで浸潤しており，一部で横紋筋への浸潤を認めた．比較的短期間に急速に発育した咽頭癌で，非常にまれな症例と考えられた．
