　腹腔鏡内視鏡合同手術（laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery ; LECS）は，本邦において考案された腹腔鏡と内視鏡を用いた局所切除手術法である．
　LECSは2008年にHikiら^1）により報告された．その手法の概要は，胃粘膜下腫瘍（submucosal tumor ; SMT）に対し内視鏡的に全周性に粘膜切開を行った後，漿膜筋層を意図的に穿孔させて全周を内視鏡的もしくは腹腔鏡的に切除して病変を経腹壁的に回収するというものである．当初提唱されたこの手法は，現在ではclassical LECSと呼称されている．
