文献概要

　大腸内視鏡検査で発見される病変の多くは，10mm未満の小ポリープである．本稿では，それら小ポリープに対する安全な内視鏡的切除法として普及しているcold polypectomyに関し，鉗子を用いるCFP（cold forceps polypectomy）とスネアを用いるCSP（cold snare polypectomy）について解説する．
