臨床情報
［症例1］　70歳代，男性．心窩部痛を主訴に近医を受診した．上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）を施行したところ十二指腸球部に異常を指摘され，当科に紹介となった．
［症例2］　50歳代，男性．主訴はなし．任意型検診のEGDで十二指腸下行部に異常を指摘され，当科に紹介となった．
