要旨●当院ではAIメディカルサービス社と協力し,食道扁平上皮癌の内視鏡診断におけるAI診断システムの開発に携わってきた.食道扁平上皮癌の拾い上げ,癌/非癌の鑑別および表在癌に対する深達度診断といった,内視鏡診断の各プロセスにおけるAI診断システムを開発し,その有用性を報告してきた.今後も,AI診断システムの臨床応用に向けて,さらなる開発・研究を進めていく方針である.
