文献概要

要旨●LCIはレーザー内視鏡における狭帯域光観察モードとして2014年に登場し,大腸病変の視認性向上,腺腫やSSLの見逃し率の低下や発見数の向上における有用性が数多く報告されている.さらに,2020年より本邦で使用されているLED内視鏡においてもLCIが施行可能となり,病変の視認性向上や見逃し防止の有用性が報告されている.また,レーザー内視鏡とLED内視鏡のLCIを比較した近年の多施設共同研究により,腫瘍の視認性向上の効果についての非劣性も証明されている.本稿では,大腸病変の内視鏡診療におけるLCIの有用性について詳説する.
