文献概要
要旨●大腸内視鏡検査は病変を見逃さないことが重要である.その工夫として反復・反転観察や先端アタッチメントの使用などがある.また,NBIなどの画像強調内視鏡(IEE)は病変の視認性を高め,大腸病変の発見や診断において有用であると数多く報告されている.一方,2020年にTXIという新たなIEEが加わったが,TXIの大腸観察や大腸診断に関する知見は乏しい.本稿では,TXIの原理およびこれまでのTXIに関するエビデンスや使用経験について概説する.
