早期大腸癌の予後

要旨●大腸T1癌は，病理学的リンパ節転移high risk症例と直腸病変で再発率が高い．特に，内視鏡切除のみで経過観察された病理学的リンパ節転移high risk症例は再発率が高いので，症例に応じて適切な追加治療を行う必要がある．また，同時性遠隔転移の頻度は低いが，いったん遠隔転移を起こすと予後不良となるため，T1癌を診断したときには全身を精査しておく必要がある．
