白色球状外観（WGA）

定義
　白色球状外観（white globe appearance ; WGA）の定義は，“NBI（narrow band imaging）併用拡大内視鏡観察中に認める，上皮直下に存在する小さな（1mm以下の）白色球状外観”である^1）．“上皮直下”とは上皮内の微小血管下に存在することを意味し，“球状”であることは中心から辺縁に向かって白さが乏しくなることから類推できる（Fig.1）．NBI併用拡大内視鏡の拡大倍率は問わないが，最大倍率のほうが判定しやすい．
