回腸囊炎

　回腸囊炎は，潰瘍性大腸炎や家族性大腸腺腫症に対して行われる大腸全摘，回腸囊肛門あるいは肛門管吻合術後に発生する非特異的な回腸囊内の炎症である^1）．
　診断基準には臨床症状，内視鏡所見，病理組織学的所見によるPDAI（pouchitis disease activity index）^2），PDAIから病理組織学的所見を除いたmodified PDAIなどがあり^3），本邦では厚生労働省研究班の診断基準（Table 1）^1）が用いられている．いずれの診断基準でも内視鏡所見が重要である．
