臨床情報　
70歳代，男性．主訴：胸部の違和感．既往歴：糖尿病．現病歴：胸部の違和感を自覚し内視鏡検査を施行された．切歯より33〜36cmに，食道右側後壁に陥凹性病変が認められた．生検にてSCC（squamous cell carcinoma）が検出されたため，紹介され受診となった．
