臨床情報　
50歳代，女性．検診の上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）にて胃穹窿部に病変を指摘され，精査加療目的に当院へ紹介され受診となった．H. pylori（Helicobacter pylori）関連項目：血清HP-IgG 3U/mL，UBT（尿素呼気試験） 0.5‰未満．既往歴：乳腺症，左大腿骨骨折（人工股関節置換術後）．当院での精査内視鏡像（Fig.1：背景粘膜，Fig.2：病変）を提示する．
