小腸X線造影検査の有用性と限界

要旨●小腸疾患の主な検査法として，X線造影検査，内視鏡検査，体外式超音波検査，CTE（CT enterography/enteroclysis），MRE（MR enterography/enteroclysis）が挙げられる．内視鏡，超音波，CTE，MREの機器の進歩と普及，X線検査医の不足により小腸X線造影検査数は減少傾向にある．そこで小腸X線造影検査の有用性と限界について，X線造影像を提示しながら考察した．小腸X線造影検査はびまん性・多発性の病変，大型の病変，狭窄性病変，瘻孔を形成する疾患，管外発育する病変に特に有用である．その特性を理解したうえで，X線造影検査の適応となる疾患を選択することが重要と考える．
