—新しい小腸画像診断のトピックス—像強調観察：シングルバルーン内視鏡（NBI，TXI，RDI）

要旨●シングルバルーン内視鏡（SBE）では，NBIに加えて，RDI（red dichromatic imaging），TXI（texture and color enhancement imaging）が使用できる．NBIやTXIでは絨毛の視認性が高い．出血性病変の観察にNBIを用いるとangioectasiaは暗緑色に描出され，アーチファクトとの鑑別に有用である．炎症性腸疾患ではTXIやNBIでびらんの認識が容易となる．また，NBIは潰瘍性病変での上皮欠損の有無や内視鏡的バルーン拡張術の際の拡張部の状態がわかりやすい．SBEでの新しい観察法を活用していきたい．
