臨床情報　
60歳代，男性．主訴はなし．9年前に食道癌に対して化学放射線療法を，1年前に食道癌（異時性多発病変）に対して内視鏡的粘膜下層剝離術（endoscopic submucosal dissection ; ESD）を受けた．治療後のサーベイランス目的の上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）で胃体中部小彎に異常を指摘された（Fig.1,2）．Helicobacter pylori除菌歴はなし.
