臨床情報　
70歳代，男性．検診の上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）にて胃体上部に病変を指摘され，精査加療目的に当院へ紹介され受診となった．当院での精査内視鏡像（Fig.1：背景粘膜，Fig.2：病変）を提示する.
