臨床情報　
80歳代，女性．主訴はなく，検診の上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）で，十二指腸下行部に異常を指摘されたため，当院へ紹介され受診となった．前医では生検は施行されていない．EGD像を示す（Fig.1,2）.
