臨床情報　
50歳代，女性．心窩部痛の精査目的に前医で施行した上部消化管内視鏡検査（esophagogastroduodenoscopy ; EGD）で十二指腸球部に病変を認め，精査加療目的に当科へ紹介され受診となった.
